For Residential Customer - Unable to Get or Renew IP

For residential customers, when your PC has problem renew/get dynamic IP, you may follow the following steps.

1) Go to 'START' button
2) Click 'RUN' button
3) Type in 'winipcfg' & click 'ok'
4) IP Configuration box pop out
5) Select the Ethernet adapter used for your PC
6) Click 'Release All'
7) Then Click 'Renew All'
8) Finally Click 'OK'
9) Reboot your PC and Modem
